Terms of Service

These Terms of Service and Subscription Agreement (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and UFUQTECHS ("we", "us") governing your use of the UFUQ SEO platform at ufuqseo.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a store, or purchasing a subscription, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is a software-as-a-service application that analyzes a connected Shopify product catalog, computes SEO health scores, generates optimized metadata and copy using artificial intelligence, and — with your explicit approval — writes that content back to your store.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

To use the core functionality you must authorize the Service against a Shopify store by supplying an Admin API access token. By doing so you represent and warrant that:

• •You are the store owner or an authorized staff member permitted to grant that access.
• •You authorize us to read your product catalog and to write approved changes back to it via the Shopify Admin API.
• •You understand that content synced to Shopify overwrites the corresponding existing fields on your products.

You may revoke authorization at any time by disconnecting the store in Settings → Stores or by deleting the custom app in your Shopify admin. You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before syncing it.

All payments and subscriptions are securely handled by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, and its Buyer Terms and Conditions apply to the transaction in addition to these Terms.

Paddle collects and processes your payment details, billing address, and any applicable sales tax or VAT. UFUQTECHS does not receive, store, or process your card details.

• •Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price displayed at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled.
• •Fees are stated exclusive of taxes; Paddle calculates and remits taxes applicable to your jurisdiction.
• •We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal.
• •Failed payments may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features until the balance is settled.

Free plan usage is subject to the quotas shown in the Service and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid features remain active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to the Free plan.

Initial subscriptions carry a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid charge, contact support@ufuqseo.com and we will authorize a full refund of that charge through Paddle.

• •The 14-day guarantee applies to a customer's first paid subscription only, not to subsequent renewals.
• •Renewal charges after the initial 14-day window are generally non-refundable, though we will review requests made in good faith.
• •Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your data. To request erasure, see the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of UFUQTECHS. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

As between you and UFUQTECHS, you retain all rights to your product catalog and store content that you provide as input.

Ownership of AI-generated output: subject to your account being in good standing, UFUQTECHS assigns to you all rights it holds in the SEO titles, meta descriptions, product descriptions, tags, alt text, and schema generated for your products, so you may use, modify, publish, and commercialize that content without restriction or attribution.

You acknowledge that AI-generated output is produced by statistical models, may not be unique, and that substantially similar text may be generated for other users. UFUQTECHS does not warrant that generated content is original, non-infringing, or free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it.

You agree not to reverse engineer the Service, resell access without authorization, or use it to generate unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant any particular search engine ranking, traffic level, conversion rate, or revenue outcome. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and results vary. SEO scores presented in the Service are our own heuristic assessment, not a guarantee of performance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UFUQTECHS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Because the Service writes to your live store, you are responsible for reviewing changes before syncing and for maintaining your own backups. The rollback feature is provided as a convenience and is not a substitute for a backup strategy. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UFUQTECHS is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property.

Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@ufuqseo.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith for at least 30 days.

Payment disputes are subject to the dispute process of Paddle.com as Merchant of Record and may be governed by Paddle's own terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
